Full Day Intensive Therapy/EMDR

Accomplish in days what could take 6 months to a year in the typical hour per week therapy model.

Individual Therapy

While I believe intensive therapy days will help you heal faster, I understand not everyone is ready for this approach, so I have a limited number of weekly sessions available.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

 In low doses, ketamine can serve as an important adjunct to psychotherapy providing the opportunity for the temporary softening of the psychological defenses, allowing for deeper self-reflection and processing of past wounds and current struggles.
